AUSTRALIA WIDE

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders Australia wide for $7.95.

Standard delivery is 2-8 business days from dispatch. Delivery to addresses in northern or regional Australia may take a little longer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer a $13.50 flat rate shipping fee Australia Wide for Express Post. (Available within the Express Post network. Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 business days, however you should allow up to 4 business days from dispatch.

USA / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping on orders to the USA of $5 USD.
Standard delivery is 8-12 business days from dispatch. Delivery to addresses in regional areas may take a little longer.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer a $15 USD flat rate shipping fee to the USA for Express Post. (Available within the Express Post network. Most deliveries arrive within 4-6 business days business days, however you should allow up to 8 business days from dispatch.
IMPORT TAX 
Deliveries may be subject to local import fees or taxes, this will be calculated through your local customs office and is subject to the shipping policies within your country.
The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs. This cost will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once payment is made.
Should a delivery be refused, the cost of the original and return shipping will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.
Please note, there may be a minimum threshold for imported goods into your country. For any larger orders, we would recommend checking these requirements with your local customs office.

Stocked items will generally be dispatched within 24-48 hours. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays.

PRE ORDER

Pre-order items will be dispatched in the timeframe indicated in the product description.

We love our Swim Socks and hope that you will love them as much as we do. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues we encourage you to reach out to us at shop@coegasunwear.com.au and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGE

We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial for your comfort and enjoyment. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free free size exchange policy.

How it Works:

Eligibility:

  • Size exchange is available for swim socks within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Requesting an Exchange:
  • Simply reach out to our customer support team at shop@coegasunwear.com.au to initiate the exchange process.
  • Provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Shipping:

  • We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the original item.
  • Once we receive your item, we will promptly ship the new size to you at no additional cost.

NO-HASSLE RETURN FOR REFUND

If you're not delighted with your purchase, we offer a simple and no-fuss return for a refund policy.

Return Guidelines:

  • You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return the item for a refund.
Product Condition:
  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Pack and Ship:
  • Pack the item securely, including your order number and contact details, and ship it to the address provided below.

Refund Processing:
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This normally takes around 3 business days to process but please allow up to 10 business days. 

Additional Details:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.
